Wilbur E. Wolf III is a US Army retired Brigadier General and is Senior Partner with Aquila Strategy and Operations Group, LLC and owner of Wolf Creek Associates.  Mr. Wolf earned a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from West Virginia University, a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. As co-owner and Senior Partner at Aquila SOG, Mr. Wolf and the ASOG team have achieved nearly 15 years of exceptional performance delivering a broad range of consulting and advisory services to include high-level/critical scenario facilitation and negotiation.  Mr. Wolf serves as an advisor, board member, and/or Trustee for various organizations including Penn State University World Campus, Philadelphia University, the PA National Guard Association, PA Wounded Warriors, Inc., Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania, Conodoguinet Creek Watershed Association, Friends of Opossum Lake Conservancy, and the Army War College Foundation.  When not engaged in business operations, Mr. Wolf assists with operation of the family beef farm, operates a small fruit, berry, and vegetable production operation, and does custom chainsaw milling producing live-edge wood products.
