Dr. Tanya O’Neill uses her expertise as a strategist, consultant, facilitator and certified professional coach to help leaders, teams, organizations, and individual contributors develop skills and work environments that positively impact people, performance, and productivity. Dr. O’Neill holds a doctorate specializing in Organizational Leadership, along with her bachelor’s degree in nursing and master’s degree in human services. In addition to her background in healthcare, leadership development and DEIB, she supported the stateside effort during Operation Desert Shield as a United States Air Force nurse.
Dr. Tanya O’Neill is a Philadelphia native with over 35 years of healthcare and corporate experience, and holds multiple professional training certifications that include Crucial Conversations, Situational Leadership, MBTI, HBDI, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, etc.
In addition to her day job as Director of Organizational Development for a healthcare system, she volunteers and advocates for a local non-profit that provides mentoring and leadership development for first generation low-income college students, Collective Success Network, and she is a board member of both the Philadelphia Society of Human Resource Management (Philly SHRM) and Learning & Devlopment Professionals of Greater Philadelphia (L&D Philly). In her spare time, you may also find her on stage or behind the scenes in Greater Philadelphia community theatre venues.
