Tammy Williams, GPHR, PMP is the CEO of Envision2bWell, Inc. She founded the mission-based, social impact health and wellness content media company in 2013 after an illustrious career leading human resources, corporate communications, business strategy and change management at multiple Fortune-level and mid-size companies. The company’s focus is to democratize 360° Wellness by combining the strengths of mobile technology with the power of conversation.

Known as the Chief Democratizer for Social Health Empowerment®, Williams loves bucking the status quo. Her extensive business experience allows her to provide thought leadership, identify critical insights and develop optimal business strategies supported by clear, actionable recommendations for execution. Tammy is involved in activism activities including roles as a PA State Delegate for the National Women’s Equality Initiative, Vision 2020, national nonpartisan equality coalition; member of the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association (NSBA); member of NAACP and the League of Women Voters of Chester County and more. In June 2021, Williams further demonstrated her activist bona fides when she presented testimony at a Congressional hearing to advocate for reversing the decline in women entrepreneurship.

Williams also serves as a member of the West Chester, PA Chapter of the NAACP and sits on the advisory board of the Chapter’s WIN (Women in NAACP) committee. She is a board member of the League of Women Voters in Chester County, a leadership team member of the Philadelphia Chapter of Ellevate Network and a State Delegate for Vision2020/Women100 celebrating 100 years of women’s right to vote.

Being named one of the 25 Influential Black Women in Business by the Network Journal, is just one of the many honors the accomplished speaker has received, including a Pennsylvania Senate Proclamation presented by then-Senator Andrew Dinniman in recognition of her receiving the Distinguished Leadership Award from the Lincoln University Alumni Association. She has appeared on Bloomberg Business and was a featured speaker at national conferences including the National Black Chamber of Commerce, Virgin Island’s Business Center and NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), to name a few.

Williams has been profiled in Main Line Today Magazine, Fifty5+ magazine and Diversity Professional magazine. She has also participated on panels and as a solo speaker for Ladies Get Paid, WCXO – Women Chief X Officers, Ellevate Network Philadelphia Leadership, WED – Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, Regen Friends Customer-Centric Summit “From Well-Being to Well-Doing” with panelists from Patagonia, Novo Nordisk & Vitamin Angels and more. Most recently, Williams was invited to serve on the George Washington University School of Business Customer Experience Certificate Program Advisory Council in Philadelphia. The Council is comprised of a diverse, innovative network of top-flight executives from companies such as Amazon, Coca-Cola, Dyson, Google, Merck, Microsoft, NFL, Pfizer, Salesforce, Tesla, and Home Depot.

A Southern New Jersey native, Williams is a graduate of Rutgers University and attended Kellogg School of Management and Villanova, where she earned key certifications. She is a self-described “mother, granny, wife, sister, auntie, friend and businesswoman, who loves to help other women “live Life grand,” and has successfully integrated her business, her volunteerism/advocacy and family into one life which she lives ‘grand.’
