Roy brings 20 years of experience working with medical data. Roy served as VP of Data Sciences at K Health and Lynx MD. In addition, Roy was part of the founding teams at Invisicare and Minerva neuroscience technology.
During his Ph.D., he developed a mathematical model to change the diagnostic assay to assess neutrophil (immune cells) dysfunction with the Israeli central lab for neutrophil dysfunction. As a researcher at Harvard Medical School and MGH, Roy led basic and translational science research resulting in patent and scientific papers. As the Scientific Director of the Sheba Innovation Center, Roy led IT and AI system integration to the workflow and the selection, planning, and implementation of pilots within Sheba. Roy holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the Weizmann Institute.
