Rob Swanson brings a combined 20+ years of experience in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions and real estate development. Rob is a certified HeartMath Trainer and has been teaching and practicing HeartMath for the past two years.  Rob engaged in HeartMath as he witnessed CEO's, athletes, organizations, Special Forces, Entrepreneurs and Creatives radically shift their lives and he wanted the same capability and experience - to be able to shift into a high coherent, resilient state within a breath while in life's chaos. Rob founded and served as CEO of RAS & Associates, a strategy and management consulting firm that realized a CAGR of 35% with a successful exit to a public technology consultancy Perficient (PRFT).  Prior to RAS, Rob was a leader in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Strategy Practice within the Media and Telecommunications group.  Rob began his career as an Industrial Engineer at Lockheed Martin in the Launch Vehicle and Satellite business unit.  He earned his way into Lockheed’s Leadership Develop Program rotating across the corporation to lead transformative efforts, new product development, M&A and market risk. Rob is an active member of the communities he lives, works and plays in.  The Denver Business Journal acknowledged Rob with its Corporate Citizen of the Year award and the Mile High United Way designated Rob with the Spirit of Hope Award.  Both commendations mark a commitment to serving nonprofits in the State of Colorado. He has served as a Board Member for the Tennyson Center for Children and has volunteered with other organizations that includes the Denver Zoo, Vail Ski Club, Mile High United Way and the Denver Lacrosse Club.  He is on the board of Intrinsic, LLC which provides financial services, valuations and tax advice for Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms and Family Offices. Rob is an active investor in real estate projects, technology and SASS based companies focused on connection, mindfulness and change.  Rob’s passions include skiing, surfing, riding his dirt bike, painting and traveling with his two kids. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Real Estate from Colorado State University and an MBA in finance from Georgetown University.
