Michael Ghen is a technology expert based in Philadelphia. His area of expertises is blockchain and cryptocurrency networks with a focus on information security and automation. He earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and his M.S. in Strategic Analytics from Brandeis University. He was a Data Security Fellow at Uptake in 2018 and was a GANN Cybersecurity Fellow at Drexel in 2020. He has contributed to open source projects such as the Coinbase-listed project Tellor Oracle and Apache Airflow. He is currently an adjunct instructor at Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business and at The University of Pennsylvania’s College of Liberal and Professional Studies FinTech Bootcamp where he teaches Python programming, machine learning, and blockchain.
