Marvin Weinberger, CEO of the Innovation Factory,  is a serial entrepreneur and inventor, with numerous patents. He is the volunteer organizer of the Philly Makers Meetup and Maker Faire, a community for catalyzing innovation and collaboration among hard-product entrepreneurs. Marvin was honored to present the keynote on the closing day of the 2019 NASA NIAC annual symposium. He spoke on paradigm shifts and how scientists and engineers can expand their range of thinking to improve their success in developing unforeseen, but curiously, inevitable technological leaps forward. Marvin graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan with a degree in Philosophy and a JD from Boston University. He is also a professionally trained classical violinist and a founder of the Klezmer Conservatory Band. As part of the KCB, he is featured on numerous professional recordings and performed on two occasions on the stage of the Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor.
