Keyonna Butler is a designer and visual storyteller based in Philadelphia, PA. Keyonna has made many strides in the Philadelphia theater community with credits as a costume designer for Theater in the X “The Wiz”, Ursinus College “The Medusa Play”, Power Street Theater “Minority Land” as well as Theatre Exile “ On the Exhale”. Most recently she served as the costume designer for Curio Theatre Company “A SYMPHONY FOR SAINT-GEORGES” and Theatre Exile “Sin Eaters”.
Keyonna’s latest venture is being the founder of Black Hippie Art, a digital art platform with the mission to support and empower BIPOC & Womxn artists and creatives in the art and culture sectors. With this company she is able to support and showcase contemporary artists, makers and creative entrepreneurs while introducing them to the plenty of opportunities of success within the creative industries.
