Felicia joined the Science Center in 2021. As Program Coordinator for STEM Workforce Partnerships, Felicia is responsible for the logistics, recruitment, and delivery of existing and newly developed program initiatives. In addition, Felicia is responsible for conducting research on past companies affiliated with the Science Center and investigating potential new ones to identify employment opportunities for workforce development program participants. Felicia has an extensive work history in the Youth Development/Non-Profit Sector throughout Philadelphia. She has a 12 year run with Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia where she worked as a Core-Programming Specialist, Teen Program Coordinator, OST (Out of School Time) Director, and Site Director. Before working at the Science Center, Felicia worked as a Career Transition Readiness Specialist with the Philadelphia Job Corps Center, assisting students with job placement, and workforce skills. Felicia is a graduate of the Philadelphia Job Corps Center where she received 2 Career Certifications in Business Occupations, and Carpentry. She is a 2015 graduate of Columbia Southern University with a B. S. in Organizational Leadership.
