Bryan Tracy is the CEO and co-founder of Superbrewed Food, Inc., an emerging consumer foodtech company that harnesses nature’s evolved solutions and the ancient art of brewing to deliver uncompromising solutions for animal-free foods and nutrition products. Previously, he co-founded and led White Dog Labs, a fermentation-based company that developed replacements for fishmeal in aquaculture diets. He also founded a synthetic biology company out of graduate school called Elcriton, Inc, and developed his initial taste for fermentation working at Novozymes in process design and scale-up. He has a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Northwestern University.
