Bashir is the  Regional Manager Specialist for Microsoft TEALS Program for Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has a dual BA in Computer Science from Rutgers University– Newark and The New Jersey Institute of Technology and a MS in Higher Education Administration from Walden University. He began his career as a STEM educator for high schools in Newark.
