An early career that began as a technologist and engineer in government contracting roles for DOJ, DOE, FCC, and NCIS, she was then recruited by companies within the private sector into global technology leadership roles for Unisys, Lehman Brothers, AOL Time Warner, and Xerox. Technology is the catalyst to effective disruption, It drives innovation, as well as enterprises and people to realize their full potential and capability to both foster new ideas and execute on strategy. As the National Director of the US Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC), she leads a distinguished team of directors and senior architects with expertise in cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science and Analytics, Information Security/Cybersecurity, Modern Workplace, and Dynamics 365. Further, she oversees Microsoft’s state-of-the-art innovation centers across the US that enable digital transformation for their enterprise customers representative of industries in manufacturing, health and life sciences, media and entertainment, education, professional services, retail, and government. The MTCs are centers-of-excellence (COE) and at the heart of Microsoft’s ecosystem, created to empower every person and organization to achieve more.
