The University City District (UCD) is pleased to announce that thanks to a generous gift by the University of Pennsylvania, UCD is facilitating a Retail and Restaurant Emergency Fund to support small, independently-owned businesses with grants between $1,000 and $5,000. This session will provide an overview of the application process and the requirements to apply, followed by a Q&A session about the fund.
