ABOUT THE SESSION

In Week #3 of our OnRamp series, we will be focusing on how to create a financial management structure that will lay the foundation for future growth. Robyn Chin will be leading this workshop highlighting the basics of setting up and using accounting software geared towards startups. Additionally, she will go over the basics of budgeting and financial planning, as well as reporting for financial decision making. Robyn Chin is an experienced finance and accounting executive with a solid track record of more than 16 years managing accounting and finance operations. She has extensive experience working across multiple industries including education, non-profit and real estate. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Temple University, an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Thomas Jefferson University. Robyn is the board treasurer of The Friends of Bache-Martin and sits on the Board of VestedIn. She is a CPA licensed in the state of PA and currently works as a controller for several non-profit organizations.
