This workshop led by Kristy Traylor (Senior Director of People and Culture, University City Science Center) will assist participants in the process of establishing their vision, mission, goals and values as it relates to building a high performing organization. Some of the topics covered will be: understanding synergy and the path to building a common vision in your organization, defining your core values and company mission and developing and implementing your action plan to recruit the best partners and employees.
