This week's OnRamp session will focus on business structures, ownership equity, co-founders, and legal considerations for early stage founders. If you're building a business, it helps to have the right legal framework that allows your company to grow. We'll discuss basic issues around choosing between an LLC and Corporation, how to pay your team with equity, and protect yourself and the business. This session will be led by Eamon Gallagher. Eamon is the Director of Strategic Innovation and Startup Acceleration at the University City Science Center, as well as the Program Director of ic@3401, and the Director of Drexel University's Thomas R.
