Research over the last 20 years consistently reports that 50-75% of change initiatives fail. This is a lot of wasted human capital. To create successful change, entrepreneurs need to take a systems view of their organization and need to actively design the changes they believe are needed. During this session, we will take a systems view of change and use storyboarding to design the introduction of a new technology. The Work Systems Model used in the session is drawn from the book, "Leading Successful Change: 8 Keys to Making Change Work," co-authored by Greg Shea and Cassie Solomon, published by Wharton School Press in its revised edition in February, 2020.
