Please note, this is a Hybrid session meaning you can join us in-person or virtually. If you plan to join in-person, please bring proof of full vaccination. Masks are required unless actively eating or drinking.
During this hour-long session we will explore how Genomics is being taught in K-12 education with Shirley Posey Jackson, STEM Educator, Siobhan Hawthorne, Christiana Care Outreach & Education Group Leader, and Phil Brooks, University City Science Center Director of STEM Outreach. The Edupreneur Roundtable, brings together interested parties to analyze an identified problem while applying intentional, responsive, and active listening, to build trust across various education stakeholder groups. We believe that conversation leads to action and action will lead to the equitable change we are preparing for in education. Join us September 23rd with your questions about Genomics, Gene editing, and CRISPR technology in K12 education!
