Educators, students, parents, and community members are invited to share and discuss how we can respond to the call to action to overcome the challenges created by the hybrid learning models being applied during the COVID-19 pandemic. This session is designed to reflect on what we can do to fight for equity and equality in our communities. By bringing together STEM education stakeholders to identify ways to better support educators of color and educators of students of color prepare for the 2020-2021 school year, we will create a space to disrupt institutional inequality. Our goal is that attendees leave the session equipped with an understanding of the challenges facing educators and questions to ask to identify how to best support the future of education.
