This workshop will be a dynamic, immersive hands-on experience: participants will learn the design thinking methodology (empathy, radical collaboration, prototyping, testing) that organizations such as GE, JetBlue and Airbnb use to empower employees, solve problems, drive change and build company culture. Design thinking cultivates mindsets that empower individuals and help them navigate an ambiguous and rapidly changing world.
