Settle in for the second installment of Bites of Entrepreneurship, a CIC partnership series highlighting local food entrepreneurs. This week we’re sitting down with Jeff Aziakou, Founder of Dimi, a refrigerated line of indulgent single-serve desserts.

A small, Black-owned business headquartered here in Philadelphia, Dimi captures the sweet nostalgia of Jeff’s childhood in France where he enjoyed the tradition of ending each meal with a small dessert. Dimi cakes are packaged in reusable jars, offering an innovative and sustainable spin on classic desserts.
