Tom Conti founded SweetScience in 2016 in order to serve the growing demand for marketing campaigns that are nimble, cost effective, and highly accountable to measurable performance goals. Prior to launching SweetScience, Tom served as president of G2 USA, the digital marketing agency network of Grey Global Group, where he led a team of over 450 digital marketing professionals across five domestic offices, and spearheaded the development of digital and consumer activation marketing solutions for some of today’s best-known companies, including Campbell’s, P&G, JM Smucker, National Football League, Glaxo Smith Kline, Merck, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Eli Lilly. In eSports, Tom launched several titles, including Dante's Inferno, Deadspace 1 & 2, and NASCAR. Tom also developed campaigns for GameStop, XBox and helped M&M Mars integrate its brand into the eSports industry.

Jeff Odiorne, is a deeply-experienced creative strategist, writer, creative director, producer and content creator. His forte is eSports, gaming and entertainment. Nationally and internationally recognized. For nearly 30 years, he has initiated and executed highly successful strategies, creative content, and activations for the 16-35 year-old audience. Companies he's partnered with include Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS, NIKE, Reebok, Accolade, PlayStation, Amazon, DraftKings, Sports Authority, The NFL, NBA, NHL, and ReadyUp, just to name a few. He co-founded the EA SPORTS brand and wrote the tag line, "If it's in the game, it's in the game." From start-ups to blue-chips, he's helped develop and enrich dialogue and commerce between brands and Gamers. One of his most recent marketing innovations was launching eSport Athletes Rising, a four-part docuseries for FOX Sports FS1 & Caffeine.
