Pressure

A diamond is a lump of coal that did well under pressure.

Last week was a doozie. Monday was great, but the week started to go downhill until Thursday of course! The saying, a diamond is a lump of coal that did well under pressure, played in my mind more than a few times. Many of you who attended our annual RAIN Conference heard that our keynote speaker became ill and was unable to attend so our team had to do a scramble to secure a new headliner. I am proud of how the Science Center team responded to the unplanned situation and I thought it would be worthwhile to thank each of them.

Kudos, Thank you, Gracias, Merci, Arigato
